Visitor Desk

Visitors, including their parking spaces and meeting points, can be registered from any workplace. Reception sees who will be arriving throughout the day, and the instructions for visitors signing in. Visitor passes can be created by reception in advance or when the visitor arrives, and arrival and departure times recorded. This module also takes into account additional requirements your organisation might have, such as mandatory identification or verification of mandatory certificates from suppliers.
