Exchange (Outlook) Integration

With the Exchange integration, data is automatically transferred from Exchange to Facilitor. You can schedule an appointment in Outlook based on the availability of the participants and choose an available room. Automatically the new reservation is created in Facilitor. The chosen room is immediately booked and the participants are registered as visitors in Facilitor. Here the reservation can be complemented with bookable facilities and catering. If you change or cancel the appointment in Outlook, the reservation in Facilitor will also be adjusted automatically.

The practical handling of the reservation.  the room and any facilities and catering is arranged in Facilitor. In combination with the Visitor Desk module, participants immediately are known at the reception and can be welcomed in a hospitable manner.

Due to the Exchange link, it is therefore not necessary to transfer data manually and the booking in Facilitor is always in line with the appointment in Outlook.
