Multi-year maintenance budget- MYMB

The Multi-year Maintenance Budget module is intended for staff specialised in specifically and efficiently defining a multi-year budget of the total costs for property objects and technical installations. In this module, you can make a selection and view a general overview of the total costs for the coming years. As always, your selection can be filtered according to region, location, building, etc., and even per discipline, group or object type. In this context, the classification is usually based on the Dutch CI/SfB index. The annual plan can be exported in full to the Service Management module, where quotations and orders can be requested/created and issued.
