MYMB Condition survey

The condition survey module is fully compatible with NEN 2767, where the condition score, qualification and quantification of an object’s defects are determined on the basis of registrations. In combination with the MYMB module, this provides insight into the urgency of maintenance, in addition to the financial planning defined in the MYMB. Condition measurements can be entered via Mobile or a desktop. External condition measurements can also be imported into Facilitor. An aspects/priority table can be drawn up for each type of building, because the priority of a defect depends on the type of building.
