Recurring tasks

The Recurring Tasks module is an extension of the Object Management module. It provides an overview and control of tasks that recur regularly. This could be absolutely anything: periodic inspections of fire extinguishers, cars, kitchens, etc., periodic maintenance of installations such as central heating boilers, air conditioning, etc., periodic cleaning of filters, solar panels, laboratories, window cleaning, etc., periodic legal certification of elevators, etc., periodic replacement (major overhaul) of installations, periodic checking of hygiene in toilet blocks. These can be demonstrated and monitored in real time. The various recurring tasks are defined per type of object, including the cycle, costs, etc. In addition to these standard fields, different data can be registered per object if necessary. A task overview immediately shows you when an object needs intervention. At the appropriate time, it can show that the task has been completed, and notes or attachments can be added. This results in a comprehensive logbook of tasks. After a task is signed off, the timing of the next task is automatically determined and displayed. It is no longer possible to forget anything. In combination with Mobile, these tasks can also be handled via mobile devices.
