E-procurement

You can organise all your purchasing and ordering processes in the e-procurement module. It gives you access to a product database with an unlimited number of supplier catalogues that you can select. Authorised people can order items, from office supplies to ICT equipment, and from flowers to work clothes, in an accessible order portal, without the intervention of any superfluous ‘assistance’. A large number of Dutch suppliers are already connected to this Facilitor platform. The approval process controls the procurement procedure, and keeps orders within mandate and budget. Using this module leads to savings, through, among other things, volume purchasing, range management, and the automation of tasks such as digital ordering, authorisations and invoice matching.
