Invoice registration

With the Invoice Registration module, you can register, match and export invoices to your financial system. Invoices can be 2-way matched or 3-way matched, meaning with just the PO or including the goods receipt, respectively. Invoice registration can be arranged centrally thanks to the integral link between this module and the Contract Management, Service Management and e-procurement modules. In many cases, invoices are registered and matched by importing received invoice files, and only mismatches need human intervention.
