This is where the source data of the entire application is registered and managed. All Facilitor modules communicate with this Basis, and make use of the data stored with regard to business relations, users, suppliers and contractors, as well as property and workplace information. Authorisations are also regulated in the Basis, based on our 3D authorisation model. This means authorisations can be defined according to the following: WHO (for which user or user group), WHAT (for which processes or modules) and WHERE (for which premises, building or organisation). So, who can do what, and where? This authorisation model also meets the growing need to give external suppliers and service providers specific access to Facilitor; to view their own assignments, for example.
