CMDB

With the CMDB module, you can register, manage and classify any CI or other resource (including ICT). Each object (licences, computers, smartphones, etc.) has its own core data. For this reason, you have unlimited possibilities to determine and configure this data for each type of object, in addition to the standard fields. A logbook of faults/incidents is automatically updated for each object. The history is also recorded, fully integrated with the other Facilitor modules.
