Reserve your workplace in the socially-distanced office

We have made some extensions in Facilitor that support this unique situation for your organization and we have used the past few weeks to make this as optimal as possible. It makes it easy for your colleagues to come to the office in a controlled and safe manner. These extensions are based on the functionality that is already present and offer extra simplified possibilities to have the available workplaces reserved by all employees themselves very easily. These extensions are made available for all SaaS environments.
Facilitor has already successfully helped a few large organizations in this new way, such as KPN and Aareon, supporting safe access to the offices. Within the first week 3000 flex workspaces have been reserved in Facilitor using this new feature.

Which solutions do we offer?
- A highly simplified way to book flex/workplaces, both via the desktop and the smartphone: select the building where you want to be (if there is a choice), select the day -where you immediately see the expected occupation-, and finally, choose a free workplace for the desired part of the day.
- The Graphics module allows the free and occupied workplaces to be displayed and selected in the floor plan. If you do not have a floorplan, you can choose from a list of available places. With Graphics you can also see where your colleagues are then, if you allow it.
- Because it is based on existing structures, these data also appear in the planning boards, management info, etc. This also complies with the frameworks of ISO27001 and GDPR.
Facilitor can be made available in more than one language. When more than one language is enabled (for instance English and Dutch, or English and German), these languages can be used side-by-side, so each user can set their preferred language.
